I also notice on Saturday you didn't announce any big winners is that because the machines were manipulated so the house could win. I was playing one of the machines and all of a sudden two slot attendants came over later in the evening opened them up and they started allowing you to win a little bit of money, prior to that myself and several others sat on that machine and it was just taking money. You can't win when you toy with the machines, I seen it for myself. I play these machines at every casino I go to and yours are the worse. These are the Mayan chief, Quest for riches and some of the other ones close to Ruth Chris. I was a little disturbed with the slot machines I was playing, I notice they are slowed down and have a lag in them. I'm not considered handicapped but I could see where this could be a problem for someone who is. Everything is so far apart if you want to grab a bite to eat you have to walk so far to get it you will starve before you get there.I suffer with plantar fasciitis and all the walking had me in so much pain I couldn't enjoy myself. The pillows need to be thrown out, carpet cleaned and walls wiped down to try and alleviate the horrible smell. The stinch in the hallway and room was terrible lamps and mirrors dusty. I stayed in the mountain tower and it is disgusting.
As much as I love this casino I was really disappointed this visit.
